• Account: Defined in clause 3.3.
• Agency Business User: Businesses such as SEO agencies, web designers, and marketing agencies that purchase and provide Services to third parties.
• Lead Generate Blog: The blog section on the Lead Generate Website.
• Beta Services: Services labeled as "Beta," "Evaluation," or "Trial" for user evaluation on the Website.
• Charges: Non-refundable fees for each Service package listed on the Website.
• Client: A non-User third party engaged by an Agency Business User under Standard Terms for Services.
• Confirmation Email: Defined in clause 3.3.
• Contract: The agreement between Lead Generate and a Registered User under these Terms.
• Local Business Registered User: A non-Agency Business Registered User utilizing the Services.
• Login Details: Unique username and password created by the Registered User.
• Non-registered User: Users without a Lead Generate Account, limited to Website access.
• Purchase Confirmation Email: Defined in clause 3.4.
• Registered User: Either a Local Business Registered User or an Agency Business User with a Lead Generate Account.
• Service: Online marketing services provided by Lead Generate, available exclusively to Registered Users.
• Standard Terms: The contract between an Agency Business User and a Client for purchasing Services on behalf of the Client.
• Subscription Charge: The fee for a Subscription Service.
• Subscription Service: Services including Citation Tracker, Local Search Rank Checker, and others specified.
• User: Collectively refers to Non-registered Users, Registered Users, and Agency Business Users.
• User Submission: Content submitted by Users on the Lead Generate Blog.

Lead Generate Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company Registration Number 10384626), owns and manages the Website. Address: 2nd Floor, Blenheim House, 120 Church Street, Brighton, BN1 1UD, United Kingdom.

Users must be legally capable of entering contracts and at least 18 years old.

Non-registered Users cannot purchase Services and are limited to Website access.

Use of Services as a Registered User and Formation of Contract with Lead Generate

Services are accessible to Registered Users who have created an Account following Website instructions.

Users are limited to one Account and one 14-day free trial.

Users consent to verification procedures and must promptly notify Lead Generate of any information changes.

Account creation is confirmed via a Confirmation Email, which includes Account access instructions.

Charges payment constitutes an offer, with order acceptance confirmed through a Purchase Confirmation Email, forming the contract for Service purchase.

Subscription Services renew automatically, with Charges automatically processed using the initial payment details. Users wishing to terminate their Subscription must comply with clause 6.4, subject to clause 6.5 conditions.

Users must provide accurate information necessary for Service provision and inform Lead Generate of any changes.

Each contract is confined to Services confirmed in the Confirmation Email, with no obligation to supply unlisted Services.

Registered Users must keep their registration details confidential, with Lead Generate reserving the right to suspend access in case of a breach.

User Obligations

Users are responsible for all activities on the Website and Service purchases made using their Account.

Users must notify Lead Generate promptly in case of security breaches or unauthorized Account use.

Users must not post offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content on the Lead Generate Blog and must comply with various stipulations to ensure respectful and legal use of the Website and Services.

Users agree to not impersonate others, share their Login Details, misuse Website information, engage in harmful activities, infringe intellectual property rights, and comply with all Lead Generate instructions and security checks.

Lead Generate reserves the right to refuse access to the Website and Services at its discretion and will notify users if Service provision is denied.

Charges and Payment

Unless stated otherwise, Charges for all Services are as listed on the Website, subject to accuracy checks. Discrepancies will be communicated to users, with the option to proceed at the actual Charge or cancel the order.

Charges quoted include VAT, with an itemized receipt available post-payment.

Term and Termination

The Contract remains effective while the user is active on the Website.

Lead Generate may terminate the Contract with notice, with users able to terminate at any time via written or email notice.

Lead Generate may suspend or terminate user access immediately in cases such as third-party service discontinuation, non-compliance, fraudulent use, false information provision, or detrimental use of the Services.

Subscription Services automatically renew monthly unless terminated by the user via specified methods.

Subscription Services may be canceled at any time, with termination effective at the end of the current period. Subscription Fees are non-refundable.

Warranties and Liabilities

Users warrant that they are of legal age, have the right to enter these Terms, and will comply with all applicable laws.

Users acknowledge that Lead Generate is not involved in communications or dealings between users and other parties, and that reliance on Website or User Submission information is at their own risk.

Lead Generate does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of User Submissions or third-party website links and relies on third-party services for Website and Service availability.

Lead Generate's liability is limited to the Charges paid or £100, whichever is higher, excluding liability for death, personal injury, fraudulent misrepresentation, and indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual Property Rights

Lead Generate and its licensors own all intellectual property rights related to the Website.

Users warrant that they own or are licensed to use intellectual property in their User Submissions.

Users are prohibited from unauthorized use of Website content or intellectual property and are granted a limited license for Website use and a perpetual license for using information from the Lead Generate Blog, subject to proper acknowledgment and non-misleading use.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy

Lead Generate's Privacy Policy complies with GDPR, ensuring responsible personal data use.

Beta and Evaluation Software

No waiver by Lead Generate is effective unless explicitly stated in writing.

Notifications and communications to Lead Generate should be sent as specified on the Website.

These Terms, governed by English law, represent the entire agreement between users and Lead Generate, superseding any prior arrangements.

English law governs these Terms, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to English courts, subject to legal protections for users residing outside England and Wales.

Section B: Agency Business User

B1 Agency Business Obligations

Agency Business Users must have Standard Terms with Clients before purchasing Services and comply with all applicable laws.

Lead Generate is not involved in the provision of Services between Agency Business Users and their clients, with no liability for the Agency Business User's use of the Services.

Agency Business Users are responsible for addressing issues with Clients regarding Service provision.

The relationship between Lead Generate and Agency Business Users is that of independent contractors, with no implications of employment or representation.

B2 Additional Warranties and Liabilities

Lead Generate is not liable for disputes between Agency Business Users and Clients or third parties, with Agency Business Users responsible for resolving such disputes independently.

Lead Generate does not guarantee specific results from Service use and is not responsible for the availability or fault-free operation of the Service.

Agency Business Users indemnify Lead Generate against all losses arising from breaches of these Terms.
